We are an established mortgage brokers in the heart of Knowle, a little village just outside Solihull, but we can arrange mortgages nationwide. We provide high-quality, personal advice on mortgages, later life lending (equity release) and insurances. As an independent brokerage, we have access to products throughout the whole of the market which enables us to provide the most suitable deal for our clients’ circumstances. We have been assisting our clients since 2002 and between us, we have a combined experience of over 65 years.

To this end, our meetings are free and without obligation, we will meet with clients and after completing a Fact-Find we will arrange a follow-up meeting to present our recommendations. If a client doesn’t wish to proceed, no fee is payable.  We will never advise a client to proceed with releasing equity if we don’t feel that it’s in their best interest.
