Mortgage capacity reports
What is a mortgage capacity report?
A Mortgage capacity report is normally required when you are divorcing and need detailed information on the level of borrowing you can achieve on your own, but most importantly what you can actually afford to maintain.
Our reports are based on the information you have completed on the Form E, which is required by your solicitor. Recent payslips, bank statements and any other supporting documentation your solicitor can provide.
What do we do for a mortgage capacity report?
Our reports are unbiased and are simply based on the facts and figures we are provided with to enable us to carry out our details assessment
I cannot thank Gavin and Sandy enough. As a family solicitor I always recommend them to my clients to assist them with ascertaining their borrowing capacity and assisting when they move house. Their reports are extremely thorough and well researched. Their reports are used regularly in court cases. They are so personable and efficient, and their reports are great value for money. I will continue to recommend them.
