At the most recent Bank of England regional meeting that I attended, the prediction was that the Bank of England base rate will increase by February 2015. As there is currently a price war with lenders trying to secure the most new clients, now is a great time to review your own mortgage, to see if you can benefit from these great products. The general view is that there is only one way that interest rates can go, so if you don’t want to be worrying about your mortgage payments it is worth acting now.
