Covid-19: How are we helping our clients

We are all currently suffering with the impact that the Covid-19 outbreak is having across the UK (and the globe). The ongoing pandemic is changing day-by-day and it is a worrying time for each and everyone of us. As per the governments guidelines we have had to make changes to the way we work, and we wanted to let you know how we are supporting our clients at this troubling time.

Due to the nature of the spread of Covid-19 we are sticking to the advice given and will be restricing our exposure to clients, however this does not mean that we won’t be working as hard as usual.

The longer that this pandemnic continues the economy is going to be affected and we will be there to help all our clients with advice and any information on their mortgage or protection needs.

To keep you and your family safe we will be implementing the following procedures until further notice:

  • we will not be visiting our clients for face to face appointments – instead all meetings will be coordinated via either video conference call or via the telephone.
  • our office will remain closed to appointments.
  • where required, our team will be working from home to restrict our exposure to anyone who may be showing symptoms.

With these precautionary measures we will hope to help reduce the spread of the virus and our team will be there to support you and your family.
