Our informative seminars offer expert advice to help prepare you and your finances. There will be advice for all ages on the aspects of mortgages and the relevant services that you should consider.
Along with our advice on how to get the mortgage you want, we’ll also hear from Carl Hemming of local estate agents Ginger. He’ll be giving buying and selling advice based on his extensive knowledge and experience. Then Louise from Thursfields will be sharing her knowledge on the legal side of house purchases. Her experience and expertise covers all areas of residential property from sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property for first and second time buyers to the more complex property transactions for those seeking to add to their property portfolios.
The seminars will be held at the Greswold Arms Hotel, 1657 High Street, Knowle, Solihull, B93 0LL.
The first session runs from 5:00-5:45pm and will cover Equity Release
