What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
I needed to access an equity release solution for a family friend. The particular circumstances were complicated and we needed someone who was experienced enough to navigate us through the process. Sandy was recommended by my own financial adviser

Sandy gathered the information she needed and searched the market before coming back to us with her recommendations and the deal she secured for us was better than any I had managed to find when I searched independently. Once the application was in, she kept us informed of progress all the way through until completion. From the very first meeting, it was obvious that Sandy knows her stuff on equity release. Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Absolutely! We have just closed on the equity release and simultaneous freehold purchase, and I couldn’t be more pleased. We were on a deadline to complete and there were a few legal hitches along the way which were nothing to do with Sandy or the lender but nevertheless, her team worked hard to iron them out
What could they have done better?
I can’t think of a thing that needs improvement. (I did try, honestly)
